chitin is a personal tool. It is used only by its operator, with the operator's own Google account. No other users are accepted.
With the gmail.modify permission, chitin reads incoming messages and their
attachments, applies labels, and creates reply drafts. It never sends mail on its own and never
deletes mail.
Messages are saved only on the operator's own computer, in local project folders. They are not sold or shared with anyone, and they are not used for advertising. Message content may be processed by AI models that the operator has configured, and only to sort the operator's own mail and draft replies to it.
Local copies stay until the operator deletes them. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
chitin's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
